Community Event

Objectives:  This initiative invites the Keaukaha and moku of Hawaiʻi communities to participate in aloha ʻāina management, with a specific focus on community-driven tourism management and engagement strategies.

Tentative agenda:

1. Share community concerns and the effect tourism has had on the quality of life of community and residents.
2. Share best practices implemented in other communities, and discuss whether these best practices can be applied here and reflect our communities character.
3. Small group Break out to discuss Keaukaha centric solutions.
4. Present community vision.
